Georgetown · South Seattle
Georgetown is a Lake Washington-adjacent community, where homes mean moist lake air, Seattle's long wet season and early-1900s housing stock with aging brick flues. We keep those chimneys working — every service, handled by the crew already on your block.

Georgetown is Seattle's oldest neighborhood, an artsy industrial district by the Duwamish, set on the Duwamish River — a South Seattle neighborhood of historic brick buildings and older workers' cottages. Homes like these are our bread and butter, and their chimneys have usually earned a proper look, not a quick patch and a wave goodbye.
Along the Duwamish River, Georgetown holds damp valley air and fog longer than the hills above it, and the odd cold snap cracks whatever masonry soaked through. Getting a chimney squared away before the fall rains is worth real money here.
Ask a neighbor about Georgetown and you'll hear about the Georgetown Steam Plant and Oxbow Park. We work every block of it — Georgetown included.

Georgetown chimney care
Chimney trouble hides — behind the damper, up past the smoke shelf, under the flashing. On every Georgetown stop we go through the whole system and bring back photos, so you're deciding from evidence instead of taking anyone's word.
