This company started with the houses themselves. The south end of Seattle is full of early-1900s brick foursquares and Craftsman bungalows — on the Beacon Hill ridge, along the old streetcar blocks of Columbia City and Hillman City, down Georgetown's industrial streets, and on the lakeside slopes of Mount Baker, Seward Park and Rainier Beach.
